Reality is Chelsea, Man City, Man Utd and Leicester all looking for a strong, physical centre half that is good in the air. Ake is a very different player. Is ake a better player then dunk? Yes, but I think you will concede less goals with dunk in defence in certain league games. Distribution and build up play will suffer but for certain games these clubs need a dunk and not an ake.
