Sheffield U v AFC Bournemouth

There home form isn't too good, lost to Newcastle and drew with Watford so a result for us could be on the cards, it just depends what team of ours turns up.

Hoping for Lewis Cook to get a start in this one with Gossa and Billing , Surman could get the start but I think Lewis needs it more , think he’ll shone in a confidant team . If King gets a run out so much the better .

For those driving to the game.

From their OS.

Blades fans attending Sunday's Premier League fixture against AFC Bournemouth at Bramall Lane are being politely advised to give themselves plenty of time to arrival and depart the stadium, owing to ongoing roadworks.

There are two areas that are likely to cause continued disruption to supporters at the weekend, after work commenced earlier than planned on Charlotte Road and at the junction of Bramall Lane and Woodhead Road on the corner of the Railway Hotel.

Supporters are also reminded that this weekend's arrival of Storm Ciara will bring very wet and windy conditions, please ensure you wear suitable clothing and allow yourselves plenty of time.

From COWS in an interview with Richard Sutcliffe of the Athletic who covers United’s games.

The bit about how they try and prevent groin and hamstring injuries may be of interest.

RS: David McGoldrick is the one. He’s not been involved for a few weeks now and it seems like he’s been close to a return for a little while now, so they’ll be hopeful for his inclusion, but otherwise it is a clean bill of health.

They do a lot of preventative work to try and stop muscle injuries, and so far, it has worked. Other than an odd knock to the ankle, there haven’t been many hamstring or groin injuries.

The squad has remained stable, the forwards have rotated a bit but the back nine have stayed consistent which is maybe a factor in why they’ve done so well.

Well we're on our way, 2 unlimited mini-magic buses going ( maybe a bit limited by the weather). Unfortunately deprived of Mr Trent's company, he's on the number 2 bus.,
Here's to a safe journey for all mad enough to travel and a happy return with the 3 points. Got to be worth it today, it's the Good Lady's birthday tomorrow, win and she won't notice the crapulence of her present : )

Finished mooching around Cherwell services, heading off up through the Northamptonshire country side. Very windy but rain's not biblical, yet. : )
Finished listening to Classical Pulp, now got Gypsy Kings on : )
Met Mr Trent and the other number 2s. There's 5 wheelchairs and carers going up, thanks to the club : )
