I saw all the "confiscated " brollies laid out to be picked up outside the main stand after the game- looked like a car boot sale and you can only hope everyone got their own back. Surely they could fashion a system on days we're forecasted a biblical downpours where you get a numbered ticket or something and hand it in to get your brolly back after the game?
Why is there suddenly a ban on brollies when there never has been before?
A Brolly was never acceptable in the 80's and probably the 90's. It was an offensive weapon. Paddy McGill proved that on a number of occasions.

I think it depends on size (excuse the French). Mine got taken off me at the Spurs game so didn't bring it today, but the better half had no trouble with her telescopic thingy. I've got a big one (tee-hee)
