Go to Reserved tickets on the right, your ST renewal is waiting reserved for you.
Hit 'Add to basket'

Once added to basket, hit 'Buy now'

For those with 19/20 credit: DON'T FORGET TO ADD YOUR CREDIT - it's very easy to miss! So please tick this box:

I don't have an 'add to basket' link. Plenty of time I guess.

If there is reduced capacity there's a ballot. I hope that the ballot isn't everyone every time. Whoever gets tickets should be excluded from future ballots until everyone has seen a game.

Once you have seen one game you will be excluded until everyone has seen a game.

I've managed to get to my account but when I try(well wife tries)to pay/buy nothing happens.I'm ambulant disabled ,would this make a difference?Have emailed club,no joy so far.
 
Somehow I’ve paid don’t ask me how been over 2hours trying.Interesting to see that my £87 credit can’t be used against this initial payment.
 
I had a ticket for every game apart from Leicester and Southampton, was refunded Palace, Tottenham and Newcastle and last time I checked I’m sure I saw 17 points on my account

I have been refunded for the 3 games that we couldn't go to.

Reading the clubs statement it looks to me that if there's reduced capacity non-ST holders won't get to go to a game. Which I suppose is fair enough unfortunately.

I have 3 cup points so perhaps that's my only chance to see a game this coming season?
 
It is still possible for them to split the ballot so a proportion go to non-ST's based on the points system, as It appears to remain open according to the way the announcement is worded.
 
I knew this would happen, I have created my account, got new password, changed it and have been trying to find the account menu in the top rh corner as stated in the email. There isn’t one I also just get junior cherry memberships. When I log in I get told I have an account and that I have a credit but still nowhere to actually renew. I think I am going to have to request a call back which is very annoying as I am not stupid and was following their steps to the letter
 
Yes I stupidly made a comment that it looks straightforward. .......I have been made to eat my words........got on my account, recieved password by email.......changed my pass word....now cannot get onto account ......keeps telling me wrong p/w.......request newp/w ..nothing o_O

Really don't have the patience to look at it right now, maybe if I leave it a week or so it might have had some of the issues resolved, but I doubt it.
 
We managed to renew our season tickets on there but it wasn't without a struggle. At one point we got as near to disagreeing as I dare, I very nearly mumbled something under my breath at the Good Lady : )
It took a while and a process of elimination to get as far as the checkout, then it wouldn't allow Herself to purchase her st and her PA st. Finally, to prove her wrong, I did them as 2 separate orders and it, surprisingly, worked : )
It appears no matter how much the pair of us want to join "the digital revolution", our brains refuse the "upgrade" : )

I asked this question of the ticket office as my old man buys match day tickets for every game and has maximum points like you, as I don’t think it’s fair that those of us with season tickets are in the exclusive ballot club (Which is how I read the statement, possibly incorrectly).

The ticket office sent a good reply back saying that further details on the ballot process for cherries points holders will be released in due course. So hoping they make a fair call on this one.
 
Is the cut off date for online only renew of season tickets 14th August,I have always
just gone to the tickets office and paid and renewed .
 
Further to my earlier concerns on this thread pleased to say I emailed the ticket office, received a reply within 30 minutes and have now renewed my season ticket. Impressed by the service.
