You can get away with that with 3 at the back. Maguire looked good playing in a three, poor in a pairing.

Sounds like someone we'll need to pair with quicker defenders in a 3 then, and one to avoid using in a central 2. Hopefully slightly better in other areas of his game?

My THFC ST holder mate, has just sent me a WhatsApp, pointing out that he told me on the 15th September, he was coming to Dean Court.

Very highly rated by the Spurs supporters I know, so a bit surprised they're letting him go.

Hi contract expires next summer and with little prospect of breaking through, I don't think Spurs are that interested in his future anymore beyond whatever fee they can pick up for him in January.

Not quite so sure they're letting him go to get first team experience, when he's played plenty of times for other Championship clubs.
Also his contract is up at the end of the season with Spurs, so if they were looking to keep him i would have thought they'd have offered him another contract by now.
