Well the answer to that I guess....is that I plainly cannot...not in this place....and you have to be in a certain clique to get away most fringe/ alternative stuff.

The 'AFCB' Premier League Season Ticket Clique.....everything set within f√cking 'opinion boundaries'.

No because I didn't request it myself...and it's only encouraging conflict which 'conflates and inflates' the overall crap !

When you first appeared on here as Brian, it was plain to see a thread of your own was required.
As after some posts you made was challenged you would sometimes agree and change your opinion Or at least modify it.
This in itself deserves praise and recognition.

Mmm ..I don't quite see how you arrived that conclusion or that a dedicated thread was a remedy...or that ' praise' was something I was angling for.
It's all got dreadfully complicated....this is a mere Forum for Football essentially.
 
I still don’t get where this clique is on this forum or who are the elites.

Lots of regular posters get a bit of criticism or ridicule from time to time depending on what they post.

Also a wide range of opinions expressed but some boundaries are there, quite rightly, such as unpleasant and illegal racism or homophobic opinion.

I do think if you just set yourself up to shock or offend or annoy without the content and dragging posts to a tangent or post only negative predictions without any balance, then those posters are fair game.

R&R only gets stick because he repeatedly runs down our team without any balance of judgement so, guess what, supporters of afcb rightly defend their team and make fun when he is completely wrong.

It's always the same members virtually giving the same targets grief every day..
Then there are the saintly ones who keep out of trouble themselves...but lay in wait along with the aforementioned every day for the reputational 'badlads' to post something naughty!
I've been at odds with about 60% of this Forum since I first came on....
There are some Forums that would dearly love someone like me in their ranks...to confront other club infiltrators that occasionally come in to insult Boscombe Football...but no that's not ever considered has it....and i've diced up a few Brighton, Southampton and Swindon dorks across the years...
You mention ' balance' ..I get that ..but it's not possible to give much thought to balancing things while the brain is engaged in the emotional aspects of supporting the club ...I just get immersed in reams of banter...and receive the fallout as it happens..I'm not sure why people get so upset at a few words ...some of us probably dont see it as 'opinions' ....it's just random....as i say ..'words'..or statement !


I think pre year 2000 there would not have been a problem.

They were not 'elitists'...or cliques...that wasn't what it was about in those scenarios....they were just enemies of Boscombe Football and probably potential hooligans.
Football has changed vastly with a shift to middle - class recruitment of fans...partly due to MONEY.
