Premier League 23/24

A club can employ as many people as they like to talk, but results on the pitch is all that matters.
Yeh, I fail to see the benefit of employing a former referee to tell you how you are getting f****d over by current referees though. Any old spectator can tell when a ref makes a blunder and it won’t change the result. Not surprised they failed FFP if they’ve got people like that on the wage bill.

No, because it would be totally pointless and a waste of money. Forest are a basket case club, best not to follow their lead.
They are ALL 'basket case clubs' to put up with the PL structure.
Fans are ultimately those ripped off.....with these points deduction penalties...you could say players are too...but they have magnificent renumeration to soften the blow..if you see what I mean.
Nah...the whole thing is a crock of sh*t....but it seems it's mainly only older fans that can see it..but we are dismissed by ageist w@nkers that can't see past their mobile glare !
The Money Men and American influences are crucifying our National sport...

Petty issues between small club fans are solving nothing..I bring you that message here.. ..but it's so bloody obvious though...you don't need my input really !
However I will keep banging on about it ..with the frequency of swinging doors at a Kansas City brothel on a Cowpoke Payday !

Get the truths out there.....and campaign somehow to get our Football back to normality and f√cking sanity !

So, I can fully appreciate the elite bias. Are we more elite than Burnley? If, there's an official elite scale? Where are we currently?
I don’t think there’s an elite scale as such. There’s just an elite/big club group who swing every 50/50 decision, and a non-elite/ big club group. Burnley and us are in the nons, obviously. But that’s okay- we know what our expectations are.

From what I listened to on Saturday, the Great Notts Forest ( back where they belong, WORLD famous City Ground, loudest, bestest, most passionist fans) employed the same tactics they did against us. Drawing fouls, taking ages over restarts, fouling in the middle of the pitch, every foul against them required medical attention. They started off happy to get a 0-0 and had so very nearly made it. They made one mistake, got punished and lost their gamble. The team that wanted to win, won : )

I know it has been spoken about before, but what the actual ****************?

Boo hoo, you had a shitty decision on the field. but you have an owner going after the officials, they employ a former ref to harass PGMOL and sooth the ruffled feathers of Notts Forest board? It's been a long time since Forest were a big club. Get over it and hopefully get relegated. I would love to see how far they get in the courts/on appeal of these decisions.

I couldn’t remember how many points we gained when we finished 9th in 2016/17 so I looked it up (the answer is 46).

What struck me is nine of the teams in the Premier League that season are in the Championship now: Hull, Leicester, Middlesbrough, Southampton, Stoke, Sunderland, Swansea, Watford & West Brom.

Puts our achievement in going down and bouncing back into a much more positive perspective. You can almost forgive Scott Parker his dodgy cardigans and mangled grammar.
