10 games to go…

All but safe with 9 games to go, that's nearly a quarter of the season. Almost unbelievable after the first 9. Our man Andoni's got something about him. I'm putting the Good Lady on a diet of Paella and Estrella, she already complies with statement 3. If it works as well for her as it does for Andoni, she'll be able to walk to Dean Court : )

That's a tremendous perspective. We have actually achieved "all but safe" in just over half a season!!
 
As to points to gain for Forest, Burnley, Sheffield United, Luton, there are also some six-pointers among those teams to come ........... so "slim and none" come to mind.
 
Need to gain some momentum to really go on a bit of a run.

As monmouthred mentioned, win the next 2 then there's possibly all to play for with a slight chance of European football as the prize.

Couple of bad results and it could be on the beach mindset without much to play for.

If Europe is out of reach, I'd be satisfied with bettering our "best ever" PL finish of 9th place, 46 points. Should have something to aim for ..........

Yeah, although I don't think AI will let things slide too much. He'll keep them motivated, and value in doing so to keep 'learning' system to carry into next year.
 
Hard one to dissect.

Was pretty sure Eddie would have attempted the same, yet the players did seem to button off a bit when next years pay packet was assured.

Billing for example has gone into super chill with an extended contract.

Yeah, will be variance for sure, depending on players characters/personality.

Doubt AI will just let them ride, relax yet, and will deem it unprofessional if players start p1sssing about, not giving 100%, or near to.

Opportunity for Adams to get up to speed and likes of Scott, Dango, Kerkez, Sini to show consistency to take into next season.
 
The final column shows how many matches the bottom four each need to win to surpass us and that assumes we lose everything from now on!

One thing was decided tonight - Burnley already can’t match our points total.

Luton not winning at Arsenal tomorrow will mean they need 7/7. Sheff U will likely blow their only chance to pass us on Thursday night at Anfield.

The chances of any of these catching us is very remote.
