Same as we’ve always done pretty much, it goes out wide. I don’t really understand the sudden concern with Lerma and Billing it’s no different to Surman/Gosling Surman/Arter only they’re better.
 
To be fair, on paper it looks like a very ambitious and positive 4-3-3.
Of course, given that the central midfielder is really a CB, we all know it can instantly morph into 5 at the back. But putting Ake in midfield, along with Lerma and Billing, could create a midfield fortress that City will have a hard time playing through.
