Burnley v AFC Bournemouth - FA Cup 5th Round

We were better than Burnley, we have far better potential than that tinpot village and they are likely to go into the abyss when Dyche leaves and these American owners destroy them. Embarrassing to think we lost Elliott, O'Connor and Ings to these village people.

Top team performance with no weak links.
Pearson and CCV very impressive Surridge ran the CBs ragged

Stupid card for Lerma the only blot on a perfect match for the players and the management.

We knocked Burnley out of the FA Cup in 2021....that's all that needs to be said...what on earth on earth was that Pieters thing about.. gone right past me !..somebody pointing out something about something...or something.
Oh well good rant material.

The Claret n Blue Thingy Thing.

Man walkin' down street.. he passin by West Ham fan in Claret n Blue... him feel queasy...then passin by Villa fan in Claret n Blue...him feel queasier..then passin by Burnley fan in more Claret n Blue...man he fink..What dis funny colour sh*t man ?..why not dem men's sort out some proper colours lnnit ?...not make me feel sick.....
Another man he say.." lookee over there my man...lookee at dat Red n Black shirt Cheery Cherryman man...walkin down street ...happy colours ma man ! All things bright and beautiful...and then dem mans they went into the shop and buy many bottle beer wid red n black labels.... make belly feel good again !

Jeez ...this 'Beheaded' Beer from Co-op ain't half good...Keltek Brewery from Cornwall...Red, black and silver label..7.5 %.

WoodGate has been brilliant, l hope he stays at the club even as assistant manager! He easily turned the team around.

He's done well for these 2 games and installed a bit of confidence the players get with a new manager on the horizon but let's not get carried away, we beat a struggling Birmingham and Burnley reserves. I'd be comfortable with him taking charge against Forest if it means we get this appointment right but let's not pretend he's the answer because nearly every club gets a bounce when a manager has been sacked.

Billing has suffered from inconsistencies his whole career. He look great in a game then absolutely dire the next three there’s no middle ground with him. He has all the attributes so be a good player just needs consistency

You are right how many clubs appoint a new guy after he took over and the team got the bounce but then when it all settles they struggle again.

What garbage is Dyche spouting ?

"Dyche said: “It was just a simple admin error. We have people who keep an eye on situations, unfortunately it got away from that moment where someone found clarity.
“The rules have changed this year with the booking situation and the number of games in the FA Cup. It was just a clear oversight.
“To be fair to Bournemouth, they flagged it and mentioned it, so credit to them for a bit of gentlemanly conduct.
“We jumped on it straight away and people at our club held their hands up in the right slots.”

This is what happens when a thick f!ck has to think on his feet.

Sean Douche was obviously too busy 'managing the group', as he likes to say.

He is on Talksport at 9am - apparently he is a cool guy who you’d love to go out for a pint with ....
Don’t think so - you’d have to buy all the drinks as he wouldn’t have the budget to .....
more like the annoying knob in the pub that likes the sound of his own voice.

Playing devil's advocate....saw him interviewed once in his own surroundings, and he came across as a very funny interesting bloke, far removed from the one we see interviewed after a game.......where I agree he comes across as a tw@t.
Just about to listen to him on TalkShyte. I wonder if he'll come across as:
1) Funny & Interesting
2) A tw@t

The Question can end here !
Woodgate rocks up...thank the fook its not a suit and waistcoat job like the other Gate .. . now then...Nottingham Forest...Sherwood Forest...Black Forest Gateaux.....Eccles, Chorley, Pontefract cakes...its a fookin Cakewalk from hereon in !

Hey look ..we've beaten Burnley now..turfed em out at Turf Moor on a cold night.
Dyche ?..Look we need 'characters' in the game..rough, smooth, flawed...lucky, unlucky, funny and sad. Football will die without them..Forums will wither away.
And...we don't know what we will get next ! Even Roly Poly belly Harry has his critics !
