Chelsea v AFC Bournemouth - League Cup Quarter Final

There’s an old saying in the United States that I think applies to this years team.

“Sooner or later you’ve got to get sick and tired of being sick and tired.”

Waiting on this team to start playing with a chip on its shoulder. Especially midfield and defense.

FFS, I don't think anyone is going to celebrate losing.

Second half performance was something to be hopeful for.
 
On the brightside, it's 2 games in January we don't need to play... I can't see that we would have beaten any of them over 2 legs unless Bristol City go through.
 
That 2nd half performance was excellent. Fraser and Ibe looked very good as did Simpson and Cook at the back. L Cook looked great when he came on. Still too many clumsy passes or knocks that give possession away but an awful lot of positives out there.
