David Brooks

I just watched first half of the Bristol City v Southampton game on Sky to see how Brooksy and Rothwell were doing. It's the first I've seen of Saints this season. The commentator just summed it up perfectly when he said, "Southampton play the sort of football that makes stadiums go quiet". After a short pause he added, "away stadiums, that is". He was spot on though. It's like watching Parkerball again. So much pointless passing around at the back. It's mind numbingly dull.
