The draw takes place after Chelsea's home tie against Derby County on Wednesday night, live from Stamford Bridge.A start time of around 9.45pm is expected.
The draw will be televised live on Sky Sports Football and Main Event channels.
The fixtures are due to be played across December 18 and 19

Always had a soft spot for Burton following our win against them in 2010 which saw us get promotion to League One. They were very gracious hosts on the day.
