I find it very strange that the club wasn't aware of delays etc for fans entering the stadium until the question was raised. There are enough official people wandering about including jobsworth pre match to be able to guage what is going on. Perhaps jobsworth ought to go to some away matches to see how other clubs manage efficiently.
On the theme of jobsworth the imposed decisions on flasks, brollies etc were not about communication but the decisions themselves compared to other clubs. Such issues should be standard across all grounds eg no mention of no brollies at Villa this weekend.
