Lewis Cook

I'm far more excited about Cook than Ibe.

Fingers crossed that this deal goes through for 2 reasons:

1) I genuinely think that we're signing a very special player with bucket loads of potential in a position where we really need strength
2) I can't believe how much this has annoyed the Leeds Scum. 'Tinpot Bournemouth pinching our prize asset'. Beautiful.

Hope this goes through.
 
If you could hand pick a player to fit into our side perfectly and help address the issues we have, I think Cook would be it. If it's 6m or 10m or whatever, he would be the most important business we would do all window, if we can complete it.

Awesome news. One of the signings we deseperately needed and good to have secured the number one target.

Welcome to AFCB Lewis. I wish you all the best and hope you can deliver and progress your career with us even further. Remember Wilson was on the verge of an England call-up just has he got injured last season so aim high.

Edited to add: After getting our first England U21 since Howe's younger days with Callum not so long back, I suspect this will be our first England U21 regular. Strange times.
