Regardless of source I would be amazed if we we didn't try to offer him a new contract this summer. Two years left means sell up next year or lose him to a tribunal the season after which isn't a great situation given the breakthrough he's made. Fingers crossed he's happy to sign on for longer.
 
Absolutely no surprise. In the Ohec Eddie was quoted as saying he'd put out a team he think could win the game.

We all know what that means.

I remember our game at Villa a coupe of years ago when they paraded Fabian Delph who had signed a new contract but he was off before the ink was dry.
 
Looked a bad twist initialy, but he seemed upset at being taken off, might have been taking a breather but understand no chances being taken. Think he'll be fine, more worried about Cookie who fell over his own feet and didn't like his ankle much
