Relieved. A sensible decision. Hopefully we’ve left the door open for the future because the deal was almost done. Now it’s time for the lad to get healthy and for us to move on.

A friend of mine, a chiropracter and local rugby physio..laughed when I told him my thoughts on it..replying that Football has been getting it wrong for years.. !

Modern day pitches don't help either . Not so much give in them as the old mud patches, hence more knee injuries.I imagine players get injured more these days with the stupid training methods and intensity of it.
There is only one way to train - that is totally with a ball at feet in a fairly relaxed manner and some time, not too much, attributed to building muscle fibre with weights and gym work...and much less of all that twisting and turning through sticks all day long etcetera..it puts pressure on knees and ankles.
A friend of mine, a chiropracter and local rugby physio..laughed when I told him my thoughts on it..replying that Football has been getting it wrong for years.. .he also emphasised heavily about the boots footballers wear being inadequate for support and protection.
Just about every dabble in the marketplace by our club ends up with the word 'injury' coming into the equation.. very soon afterwards !
It needs sorting...before we waste more money and dip down the Divs.
Edit: Thank God this transfer didn't go through...one step up the learning curve !
Agreed. We need players who can have an instant impact
Not to mention:Craig Roberts first joined AFC Bournemouth as Club Doctor in 2015.

Not sure if he goes drinking in Liskeard though
The here and now is what we need.Shame and I feel sorry for the lad but if it’s a long term injury than it’s the right decision.
Just watch though, he will now probably score the winning penalty against us in 2025 Champions League final!!
Always!

He's a club doctor not the club magician. That should be less injuries then from 2015 and into the present .

One things for sure, the squad will have more options come end of JanI just want Boscombe to get some goals and points.....anything to that end !!
If we are to spend £ 20 million smackers on a player...you want him starting against Brighton
.....Oh yes you damn well do !
Otherwise what's the point of using the January window !
