Rugby WC

Also not a rugby fan, although the boss sometimes watches it (I do have a separate TV for football or cricket), but ended up watching that game gripped by it.

Only previous time that happened was France v NZ years ago, which also seemed to be two teams trying to run with the ball rather than just hoof it out or regularly have a scrum.

I still don't understand most of the laws/rules and probably never will!
The fact the referee has to shout the rules all the time suggests the players don't know the rules / too many complicated rules.

Is it just me or have players started to simulate injury from chest/head high tackles during this WC? Having 15 v 14 for 10 minutes is an absolutely huge advantage - even more so if upgraded to red obviously.
Fully understand why they introduced the rule but I have seen quite a few players gesture to the ref that they think it's a high shot.

can't see anything other than SA putting 15-20 points on england tonight
could get a bit eggy

SA all blacks final could be cracker and/or end up 12 vs 12

That was very unlucky for England - on top for most of the game .

Played well generally but caught out at the end after the scrum changes.

Guess it shows why SA are champions for now.
