a spell away with less stress might do him some good. im just not sure what hes good at though, not great in the air, not especially strong or fast and not a great dribbler

Maybe if he's in a team where he's expected to be their best player and score lots of goals, he won't be as worried about passing to someone else and will be more selfish/assertive.
He needs to develop that drive to just find a shot for himself and take it.

Yup. Exactly what we needed. Thank God he got the chance to prove once and for all he deserves a chance in the league. Not as a sub.
