Bristol City v AFC Bournemouth

Perhaps Saturday's game took its toll on the players ? They started with the right attitude and played well for twenty minutes and maybe then they started to flag a bit ? Maybe they started to give themselves a bit or a rest after their bright start once the first 20 didn't result in a goal ?

I'm feeling generous. Maybe the effort and euphoria of Saturday's result was still in their bones and after a bright start it slowly caught up with them. Just a possible downside of fielding an unchanged team, which in general most of us approve of. But maybe Saturday's was a particularly tough game to recover from ?
In that 20 minutes to start with , we needed to score . If we had I think we would have won it comfortably

Billing is so frustrating. Brilliant 10 mins when he came on, then a couple missed passed then started walking about! Oh I wish we could have that Hourihane from Swansea in the no 10 since as much as I hate to say it, L Cook looks lost there and he’s not going to misplace Pearson or Lerma behind him

Danjuma isn't playing as a winger....he's a wide forward....theres a difference.....if you want a winger to get to the byline and get crosses in then play a left footed winger instead......we might also need a striker that can head the ball mind!

Two successive wins ! If we can continue with doing what Barnsley and Cardiff have done then we could still clinch an automatic place but...I would take a playoff place now if it was offered..which could be when we can be back in the stadiums!...

Can |I just say, that the greatest thing last night, and I was watching on Robbins TV, was the half time challenge, where fans sent in their "keepy up" of toilet rolls.
One kid was doing it stood on a tractor.
How West Country was that?

Fook me. The power of the mankinis knows no bounds ! Now just trouser the three points and get on the bus.
Whatever JW does after this game, he shouldn't blow smoke up the players' backsides. The result may have been ok but the overall performance still wasn't good enough. He really needs to stress this. The players need to be much more on it more of the time. I hope JW doesn't let the result paper over the cracks of another lacklustre effort overall. We are in a battle for the playoffs and we need to battle if we are to stand a chance. We still don't look like a team embroiled in a battle I'm afraid.
So bus ride home with three points in our pocket and bollockings all round when we get back in to DC in the morning please JW !
Nonetheless :utc: and the mankinis go marching on !

Hate everything about this post.

Go check our record away to Bristol City.

Massive win, massive 3 points.

We could've scored 3 times in that first 20 minute spell you keep banging on about.

You really need to get a life or a wife, you sad act.

Watched the game on red button last night, is it just me or were the cameras higher up and away from the pitch more this time?

I thought the camera work was appalling,it seemed that Sky plucked a random bloke off the street and forced him to film the match.....amongst other things, he couldn’t find the zoom button!

that lingering shot of joe jordan note-taking/internet shopping in the stand went on for 13 minutes.... I timed it
