Not quite... i was 42 then, therefore It was taken 31 years ago.
My daughter took the pic on Southampton Central in 92 whilst travelling between Swansea and Poole for her and her brother to visit their Granny...after me and their mum split .. and she got the car !
Might as well pad out the posts here and there as they won't take this nonsense thread off.
Hopefully they'll get fed up with it...and leave my posts on the other threads where I'm getting removed and transferred here sometimes for just responding to criticism.
It's all very messy !

Can you tell me/us…..what you mean when you say you have no vanity.
Yet you claim to look 20 years younger than your actual age. You have had two photos of yourself as an avatar. Sounds quite vain to me.
The only one who runs you close is Neil, who also has a nice photo of himself on constant display. Which in someways is understandable as he yearns to be a YouTube star, so obviously likes to get his image out there.

1. Do you really take Life and it's Little Ironies that Seriously ?...if so, instead you could read Thomas Hardy maybe . The grimmest of his stories...
I.e. Jude the Obscure.

1.5. Neil is more readable than you or me...on the subject of Football !

2. Why can members not, happily, without elitist put downs, have pictures of themselves as an Avatar ?( why they use that f√cking daft word I don't know..but they do ).
A picture of their Self is who they are....so what's the f√cking problem with that..Why Hide unless you consider it Security .....maybe I should know better though...being ex- military.

I still don’t know what an elitist is or how to qualify to be one.
Also in my ignorance, it must take patients continually using the shift key just so you can have a little swear here and there. Lol.

Well ive said enough for now....I could bang down a few more paragraphs or a novelette l but I'm off up Bodmin Moor in the wind and rain for a break .

I'm not sure I'm ever 'wound up'....not seriously anyway...I tend to do the winding up....hence you continually coming back at it...

No not wound up at all , not in the slightest , it’s so obvious ,you never get wound up Mr Banter king .

To be fair he Brian did put up current pics of himself during his other usernames but got accused of looking like a nonce online groomer so often he had to trawl through his old pics to find something halfway decent ..50 years is a long way to go back though to be tbh .
