Nice to see we’ve started putting in a bit of effort. Too late though isn’t it. Not particularly shocking that now we have a mountain to climb to make the play offs and the pressure is somewhat off, that our fragile team of superstars start to perform. The talent is definitely there, the certainly mentality isn’t. It’s why nobody should start getting excited. After a good performance we’ll rock up to the next league game and expect to win just by turning up.

Good to watch and some decent possession during the game...Bego was superb..Stacey so good attacking...CCV and Cookie solid...Rico decent...Stan okay...Lerma good interceptions but awful passing at times!...Wilshere classy....Danjuma a more mature performance...Billing active and magic goal...Solanke nuisance to them all night his feet look like they are on the wrong way round though

Nervy start but settled in well. Amazing what a bit of game time can do. Good to see a full back looking like an attacking threat.

I have just watched the goal again and I think VAR would have given the goal (after a five minute wait) because the defender’s hand was playing him onside.
