Use the dedicated Twitter account for the ticket office. Then have a ticket latest news page on the website with the Twitter feed embedded.

Best of both worlds, with no additional work other than the media department logging into the correct Twitter account.

Totally unbalanced marketing. Not everybody uses, or wants to use, twitter and facebook.

I get emails that are based on the number of points I have. On the day the points drop I get an email.

Agree ,the older you get , the longer the winters seem to last.
Having jumped through more hoops than a dolphin in a sea life centre to escape Blighty, in the middle of 3 weeks in Thailand to forget the winter blues.
