Some of my thoughts,
A month ago we had someone "in the know" at our club stating it would definitely be J.W. in charge next season. We can assume it's not or else it would already be.
No offence to the Fulham fans on here but now we have "insider" knowledge that it is certainly going to be S.P in charge, someone they obviously don't want there.
From what we can work out, our club want S.P, Fulham don't want him and S.P. wants to come here. It's a 3 way Mexican stand off. S.P knows he's not loved at F.F.C but is wanted at A.F.C.B. F.F.C and A.F.C.B know all that as well. There's a whole load of bluffs being called.
The Spurs thing is a complete canard, probably put about by S.P's agent or F.F.C to test our resolve. Levy has sacked Pochettino, then Mourinho, he's peed Spurs fans off with the E.S.L involvement. They've been in "meaningful discussions" with any number of TOP managers to replace J.M. Unless he's finally realised the only way to bring silverware to New White Hart Lane, is to win the Championship in a couple of seasons time, he's not going to appoint S.P. ( not whilst Eddie's available). : )
If it is Scott Parker as our next manager, so be it. I can only support the team the club puts out. He could well be the best ever, he might be the worst, probably somewhere in between. It's Max's decision to endorse or reject their recommendations. I can only voice opinions on who ever is here come the season's kick off. : )
Personally I'd love it to be Eddie but I've got to face it. Eddie and the football we loved, left 18 months before he did : (
