Maybe, just maybe, being a guaranteed starter for us was as good as it was ever going to get for young Josh. Let's be honest, if he'd absolutely torn up the Championship with us this season, because he was playing without any distractions, there would surely have been lesser PL clubs aplenty willing to give him a multi-year deal in the summer.

That all worked out jolly well for him, didn't it ? Congrats to both him and his agent !
