Planning has been updated in the last few days. The club want to start by demolishing the existing structures (including the old clubhouse) and sheds and were checking on a few things. It looks like they have been given the go ahead (edited - I take that back - I'm not sure yet)

It appears they have just checked checked for bats or birds nesting before demolition, so could be soon I guess.

So you can't demolish an old building if bats or birds are nesting in it?
What about a cute family of mice?

Well how will you know which species of mice you have if you don't do an in-depth study to rule out the possibility?

Some swanky looking new pictures. The curved building appears the new addition?

Which goes with the existing club house being demolished instead of refurbished I suppose?

Hopefully something actually gets moving sooner than later, but nice to have some new noise from the club.
