    Neto

If Pope is a loan or an improbable signing, we should pursue it. He is a class act.

Pre Match trial of outside area - observations

Visible and active stewarding yes. Heavy handiness no. I don't think it's appropriate but I will personally tolerate the current errors of their ways. If they tidy up their act everyone's happy.

Pre Match trial of outside area - observations

I get that, but still not my point.

Pre Match trial of outside area - observations

Maybe the other clubs under rate the risk. It's not about fans in my view. It's about extremists. That said it's pretty clear the few over zealous stewards don't make that link either.

Pre Match trial of outside area - observations

As for over zealous stewarding it's probably down to how the contractor's management brief them (or don't) pre-match. It's not all about potential violence between fans. I am in favour of feeling at least reasonably secure in a massive gathering in a very unstable world with some seriously...

AFC Bournemouth v Manchester United - Saturday 5.30 pm

Overall I came away from DC content rather than happy. Our team has all the makings of greatness that hopefully will be even more fulfilled next season. It was a complete moral victory. AI will no doubt develop and build on what has been an amazing first chapter. Consider the option of waking...

Is this as good as it gets?

I'm going to admit my tinpotted-ness. I've always thought we sliced through the Championship without consolidating the foundations (literally) of the club. We still come over as a turbo charged L1 outfit playing at a level well beyond our perceived place in the football order. I had hoped that...

    AFC Bournemouth v Everton

Fashionista note. Everton's strip has to be the worst ever. They looked like phantoms. Modelled somewhere in between Caspar and Dickensian ghosts of Toffees past with Dyche playing the part of Scrooge. Football....bah humbug!

    Non - What to watch?

Agree. We Have Ways is essential bath time listening. Brilliant stuff. As for Masters of the Air, I've only managed a freebie first episode and I'd be interested to know how you get on with it. Band of Brothers was a masterpiece so Spielberg/Hanks will have to go some to match that.

    Priority Points for next season

I'm in the same predicament travelling up from west of Exeter for home games and I feel the creeping death of my ability to watch my team live. I have already been squeezed out of the Ted Mac as no seats have been available for points holders for several games. As a result I'm considering my...

    Non (ish)... North London Forever

Vi Or....visions of Terry Jones lookalike naked behind the keyboard turning to the NS and saying 'and now it's....Billy Foley's Flying Circus followed by Monty Python theme! A great tune to add suitable lyrics to. I think this idea has legs....

    Non - What to watch?

The Signal on is a sci-fi mini series on Netflix. Not bad at all. Strange signal from deep space with earthly consequences. A fair bit of sub title dialogue as it's a German production, but I quite like that as then I can't tell if the acting is wooden!

    Who are the real fans?

I am a high points holder and like many unable to obtain a season ticket. Going on to the ticketing site today, and hour after being notified by the club's website, the only tickets available were in the NS and ES. Having always enjoyed the Ted Mac and having been going there for years, I'm now...

    Kieffer Moore

I think Rothwell is the exception in that he didn't look out of place in the EPL. I agree that the Christie / Cook combo works well on most occasions it's also true that neither has a pair of shooting boots, unlike Joe who can form much more of an attacking threat. Whether he pairs up well with...

    Non - Space Race

Me too. Same happened to me and mine. Aborted launch due to adverse weather in southern Spain. P'd off doesn't cover it. Oh well, safety first.

    AFC Bournemouth v Sheffield United

Second half perhaps with a three goal cushion.

    Simon Francis

EH had faith in Franno, so does Bill. Presumably Richard Hughes has too. Given our upward and sustained trajectory, that's good enough for me.

    Hook Tav. He's dead weight

Burnley v AFC Bournemouth - Sunday 1 pm

I don't recall such a shyte half. We've been massively overwhelmed in every meaningful match stat excepting the most important one. Nicely taken goal but zero to cheer us up beyond that.

Very true. A really lacklustre performance so far
