We need to bin the Palace game in favour of fielding our fringe players . We've no need of Cup games in what is going to be a slog of a season for a smaller, inexperienced squad. Take the TV money and leg it.

I thought that dropping it in return for a cash top up to smaller clubs would have been a good move to ease fixture congestion with covid around.
 
Probably have to repay TV money if they cancelled it, costing the E.F.L money.
Play it and the costs fall on the clubs ( big or small) : )

IMG ensured us that they were running plenty of tests ahead of our next streamable fixture against Norwich City in order to ensure that this error will not happen again.

That's an absolute joke. We all paid to watch the game WITH commentary. They are really taking advantage of our loyalty as fans.
