Benfica Friendly Sunday

Thought Kilkenny was very classy. He played that role better than Cook did! I know it’s only a friendly, but virtually every time I watch L Cook I’m left wandering what it is he actually offers.

My thoughts since he joined ..

I might be wrong but I think Benfica has one shot on goal in the second half.
I have a yearly subscription to a really good site. Movies, Series, Sports. They are still at the stadium waffling on about the game now.

We need to sign a centre forward.kimg and Wilson will be away but hope 1 stays. Solanke and surridge won't get enough goals IMO

Danjuma was playing up front with Solanke for first part of 2nd half. Apparently he has played as a striker in the past also.

He mentioned that new signings were due to come in and bolster the ranks.

However the Portuguese reporter then mentioned that Al from Vitals had heard we were skint and so Cook took the comment back.

Injured, was expected to suddenly be the messiah on a PL stage...we had the weird thing when Eddie wouldn't play him. Probably short of confidence at the moment.

He has gone backwards here.

I would like to see him in a three to have more license to press. Often he was rushing forward and leaving gaping holes behind him, he needed to do this as Solanke and Surridge were getting by-passed so easily.

He used to be able to glide past players with the ball. Now he just plays like (a downgraded) Surman.

You will find out when normality returns. 8500 tops for a home game, and thank the Lord some of the liggers will be gone.

I been saying that for ages, so are you saying your a real fan for saying that or the real fans will be the ones in the ground?
